When you use SharpZinto Internet Manager, we may collect the following types of information:
Account Information:
Username (used for tracking subscription reactivation).
Email address and password (used for login; you may use any preferred email, not necessarily your real/business email, just for managing your Admin login only).
Payment Information:
Payment records related to your subscription (via PayPal or EcoCash).
⚠️ Note: We do not store or process your card/bank details. Payments are handled securely by PayPal/EcoCash.
- You only send your payment screenshot along with your app Account Username
Connection Data:
Device identifiers and voucher activity for access control.
Session time usage to calculate expiry and reconnections.
Optional Information:
Contact/support requests you submit through the app.
2. How We Use Information
We use collected information for the following purposes:
To provide Wi-Fi access using voucher system.
To process payments and activate or renew accounts.
To notify you of account status, updates, and support responses.
To ensure fairness and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized app use.
3. Data Protection
When using the app, your account database collects last 4 or 5 Ip address for comparing or disconnecting user.
- This data is protected.
We do not collect real user info, or personal data.
Payment details are securely processed through PayPal and EcoCash systems.
We implement security safeguards to prevent unauthorized access or misuse.
4. User Rights & Control
You may request account deletion at any time via the in-app management section.
You are responsible for using or misuse the app or updating your WiFi password when you change it changes.
5. Data Retention
- Billing-related data is retained to comply with payment regulations.
If you request deletion, most of your business data will be removed and deleted after 2 weeks (14days)
6. Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect app changes, regulatory updates, or improvements.
Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
