1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using SkyLink Wi-Fi Bridge (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

SkyLink Wi-Fi Bridge is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by SpaceX or Starlink.

2. Description of the Service

SkyLink Wi-Fi Bridge is a software-based Wi-Fi bridge that enables users to connect client devices to an existing Wi-Fi network (including Starlink Wi-Fi) without the use of a physical router. The App may include features such as Wi-Fi bridging, access control, voucher-based connectivity, session management, and administrative tools.

The App does not provide internet service. Internet connectivity is supplied by third-party networks and providers.

3. Eligibility & Lawful Use

You agree to use the App only in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations of your country or region. You must have authorization to manage or share the Wi-Fi network to which you connect.

You must not:

• Attempt to bypass or disable security or access controls

• Use the App for unlawful activities

• Interfere with network integrity or other users

4. Admin, Voucher & Access Control

If you act as an admin or cashier:

• You are responsible for configuring vouchers, access duration, and permissions

• Access may automatically end when vouchers expire

• Sessions may be terminated if misuse is detected

• The App may restrict QR sharing, Bluetooth tethering, or hotspot tethering during active sessions to prevent abuse

5. Availability & No Warranty

The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted operation, performance, compatibility, or availability.

We do not guarantee internet speed, uptime, or quality, as these depend on third-party networks.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• SkyLink Wi-Fi Bridge shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

• We are not responsible for loss of connectivity, loss of data, or service interruptions

• Use of the App is at your own risk

7. Termination

Termination & Service Suspension

Access to SkyLink Wi-Fi Bridge admin, owner, or managed services may be suspended or terminated if the account holder does not maintain an active subscription or required service plan.

Suspension or termination applies only to service access and management features and does not constitute termination of the application itself.

Where applicable, service access may be restored upon renewal or reactivation of the subscription.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the user’s country of residence, without regard to conflict of law principles.
