📜 SharpZinto Internet Manager Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: September 2025
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of SharpZinto Internet Manager (“the App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall and stop using the App.
1. Agreement to Terms
By using the App, you accept these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part, you may not use the App.
2. License & Restrictions
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Android devices you own or you connect to your own Wi-Fi.
You may not:
Copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the App.
Resell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the App without our written permission.
Use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
3. Subscription & Payments
Billing Cycle: Subscriptions renew on the 1st day of every month.
Plans: Essential, Pro, Business, Enterprise (features vary).
Payment Methods:
PayPal: Auto activation for existing clients. New clients require manual approval.
EcoCash: Manual activation after proof of payment (usually within 2 hours).
Invoices/Receipts: You may request proof of payment from Ecocash/Paypal as we don’t store or have any access to the bank’s accounts.
4. Free Trials
We provide a free trial version available during the first 7 days of each month, allowing you to learn and test SharpZinto Internet Manager with real customers before subscribing.
Trial Features & Setup:
- The default Wi-Fi password during the trial is:
SharpZintoInternetManager2025
- For the best experience, we recommend temporarily changing your Wi-Fi router password to this default password.
- If you prefer not to change your router’s password, the app also provides an option (under Customer Name settings) to use your own password instead.
- After your first paid subscription, your business app will include a default internal Wi-Fi password of your choice.
- Trial Extensions:
- If you’re new requiring a trial time beyond the 7 days, emergency extensions may be granted upon contacting support.
- Subscription Transition:
- If you are satisfied with the app—even within a single day—you may subscribe at any time and Join Wi-Fi Protection Revolution.
- Subscription billing rules:
- If you subscribe between the 1st and 14th of the month → you pay the full monthly amount.
- If you subscribe between the 15th and 30th/31st of the month → you pay half the monthly amount, then pay the full amount from the following month onward.
5. Updates & Migration
We no longer maintain older versions of the app.
Migration to the latest version is required to continue receiving support, updates, and bug fixes.
6. Business Setup Policy
- We only need your username that we will use to identify your account when re-activating.
- Configuration we require your new password for the app for auto-connection and change your router password once you have the app for disconnecting all unauthorized devices.
- New voucher system is auto generated after used.
An admin password is set up to protect your account from unauthorized device deletion or staff member connection.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the app to disrupt other users or networks.
Resell or distribute the App without authorization.
8. Data & Privacy
We handle your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual Property
SharpZinto Internet Manager, including its features, trademarks, and designs, remain our exclusive property.
No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.
10. Service Levels
SharpZinto Internet Manager offers different subscription plans. Each level defines how many devices can connect per month. Exact numbers are displayed in the Upgrade section of the trial version of the app.
Enterprise: Designed for larger and more stable businesses, supporting higher device connections.
Business: Suitable for medium usage with enough devices per month to cover typical business needs.
Pro / Essential: Flexible options for individuals or smaller setups, depending on the level of stability your business requires.
11. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied.
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., loss of profits, data, or miscalculations).
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
Breach these Terms.
Engage in fraudulent or abusive use of the App.
Upon termination, your agreement ends immediately, and you must uninstall or unable to connect other phones through the App.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the new Terms.
