📲 How to Install SharpZinto (Outside Google Play)
Since SharpZinto Internet Manager is not yet available on Google Play Store, you may need to allow installation from “Unknown Sources”.
Â
If Installation Fails or Play Protect Blocks the App
If your installation fails or Google Play Protect flags the app, don’t worry — it does not mean the app has a virus or error.
Play Protect may simply block apps that are not directly downloaded from the Google Play Store, which is a normal Android security behavior.
Before troubleshooting, first check your device storage and confirm you have enough free space.
⚠️ Failed To Install (Blocked By Google Play Protect)
If you see an error during installation caused by Google Play Protect, don’t worry. Follow these steps to complete the setup:
⚠️ About Google Play Protect Warning
If you see a Google Play Protect warning during installation, don’t worry.
This does not mean the app is harmful or dangerous.
👉 Play Protect is only alerting you because the app is not installed directly from the Google Play Store.
Google Play Protect Detection (April Update)
With the April Google Play Protect update, some users may notice a detection message during installation. Here’s what you need to know:
Play Protect only triggers if you install on the phone that is currently connected to WiFi.
If you install the app on another phone that is not always connected to WiFi, Play Protect will usually not detect or block the installation.
On client phones that are not always connected, the installation completes smoothly without showing this message.
Rest assured — the app is safe and secure, and the Play Protect alert does not mean the app is harmful, it only detects that it’s not coming directly from the Play Store.
How To Install
Disable Google Play Store temporarily
Go to Settings → Apps → Google Play Store → Disable.
Try installing SharpZinto again.
If the error persists
Disable Google Play Services temporarily as well:
Settings → Apps → Google Play Services → Disable.Retry the installation.
Check available storage
Ensure your phone has at least 1 GB of free space.
Clear unused files, apps, or cache if needed.
Re-enable Google Services
After installation is successful, you can re-enable both Google Play Store and Google Play Services for normal phone operation.
Following these steps usually resolves the “Installation Blocked” issue on most Android devices.

🌟 Optimizing Your Trial Experience
🌟 Optimizing Your Trial Experience
To ensure the smoothest setup and fastest client connections during the trial period, we recommend aligning your WiFi router password with SharpZinto’s built-in internal password.
🔧 Step 1: Update Your WiFi Router Password
Change your router’s WiFi password to:
SharpZintoInternetManager2025
This is the default internal password used by the SharpZinto Internet Manager trial version.
 Step 2: Why This Matters
By using the same password as the app’s internal default:
✔️ You won’t need to manually update the WiFi password inside the app for every client connection.
✔️ Returning clients can reconnect faster without extra steps.
✔️ Reduces errors caused by mismatched passwords.
✔️ Saves time for cashiers or admins handling multiple customers.
Step 3: Connecting Client Devices
With this setup:
When clients connect, the app automatically recognizes the router password.
No need to re-enter or “Change Password” each time.
The voucher system works instantly, making the process faster, smoother, and more reliable.
⚡ Tip: Once you subscribe to a paid plan, you’ll be able to set your own custom internal password for long-term use.
âť“ What is the difference between the Trial V and the Subscription Version?
What is the difference between the Trial Version and the Subscription Version?
Both the Trial and Subscription apps have the same features — but the way they operate behind the scenes is different.
Trial Version
Works like a demo but on real client devices.
All businesses using the trial share the same database.
You cannot manage or track your own device list separately.
No connection limit, but the trial is time-limited:
Available only during the first 7 days of each month (e.g., 1st–7th).
After this period, client connections last no longer than 5 minutes.
Vouchers may change automatically while connecting.
This happens because many people are testing at the same time.
If someone else connects first, the voucher updates immediately.
Overall, the trial gives you 98% of the real experience — enough to learn, test, and confirm if SharpZinto fits your needs.
Subscription Version
Comes with your own dedicated database (not shared).
Full business management functions:
Track devices, customer usage, and real earnings.
Vouchers remain stable until you connect a device (no unexpected changes).
Set your own internal WiFi password for faster and easier client connections.
Secure, private, and fully managed under your account only.
Perfect for businesses, organizations, or households that need reliability and control.
- Your Admin Password
Tip: If you’re satisfied with the trial — even after just one day — you can subscribe anytime to unlock your personalized business app.

Yes. You can change between EcoCash and PayPal. Just use the new method when renewing your subscription.
Q2: Do I get receipts or invoices?
Yes. You may request receipts for both EcoCash and PayPal payments. Proof of payment (screenshot or bank statement) from bank not us as we don't own and we don't have any access to banks.
Q3: What happens if I miss a renewal?
If your subscription isn’t renewed after 1-2 of the month, your account will be temporarily inactive until payment is confirmed. Once reactivated, you will be able to connect new devices. All your devices, vouchers, and records remain intact.
Q4: Can I subscribe before the trial ends?
Absolutely. If you’re satisfied even within a day of testing, you can subscribe immediately. Your app will be activated with full business features.
Q5: How long does activation take?
With EcoCash, activation usually takes up to 2 hours. With PayPal, it may take slightly longer depending on processing.
Q6: Will I lose my client records when upgrading from trial to subscription?
Yes. The trial database is shared for testing only and does not carry over. With a subscription, you receive your own private database for managing clients and earnings.
Q7: What happens if I reach the maximum number of devices?
If you reach your Max Devices limit, you will not be able to connect additional devices until you upgrade to a plan with a higher device limit.
Before subscribing, estimate your daily device connections and multiply by 30 to predict your monthly usage.
If you reach the Max Devices limit mid-month, you can upgrade to a higher plan to continue connecting clients.
Subscription billing rules:
If you upgrade after the 15th of the month, you pay half of the monthly fee.
If before the 15th, you pay the full monthly amount.
